Join personal trainer and functional coach Tia, and clinical hypnotherapist Alexandra, for a collaborative series of three workshops designed to reinvigorate the mind and body.
Together, they will guide you through:
Resetting the nervous system
Releasing somatic and emotional blockages
Re-activating your body’s genetic code for wellness and subconscious programs of empowerment
This unique series offers a rich taster of Tia and Alexandra’s work. Each two-hour workshop is focused on supporting a full mind-body reset—shifting from cognitive overload to presence, restoration, and clarity.
Expect gentle, yoga-inspired movement and breathwork to engage the body, followed by curated hypnotic journeys that bring calm, balance, and empowerment from the inside out.
WORKSHOP 1 - Re-Set the Nervous System
A nourishing experience to gently guide you back into balance. Begin with a warm welcome and calming body-work with Tia; breathwork, slow stretching, and floor-based mobility to release tension and reconnect with your body. Then, drop into deeper relaxation with Alexandra’s refreshing hypnotic journey, easing you out of fight-or-flight and into a state of restful calm. You’ll leave feeling grounded, present, and open to fresh, stable energy. This session will come to a close with light refreshments and time to debrief and share your experience.
WHAT TO BRING:
For your comfort and enjoyment of the workshop, please bring a yoga mat, blanket and a cushion to rest your head on. Limited spares will be provided.
