ABOUT HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is a gentle, collaborative process that uses natural states of focused awareness—similar to deep relaxation or guided meditation—to communicate with the subconscious mind, where habits, emotional patterns, and many physiological functions are regulated. In this state, the conscious mind quiets, allowing meaningful change, healing, and insight to unfold. You remain fully aware and in control at all times; you will never say or do anything against your will. Session Structure & Pricing

    In your first session, we take the time to explore your needs, history, and intentions in a safe, supportive space. Together, we will gain a clear understanding of what you want to shift, heal, or develop, and from this we create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your goals and your unique way of processing.

    We will gently identify patterns, limitations, emotional blockages, and areas of misalignment that may be influencing your current experience. This allows us to establish a meaningful direction for your therapeutic journey and ensures that our work is grounded, purposeful, and aligned with your desired outcomes.

    Your first session also includes guided hypnosis, designed to begin opening the subconscious, cultivating internal safety, and initiating the early stages of healing, insight, and expansion.

    Repeat sessions are one hour, unless otherwise recommended or requested. In these sessions, we continue working toward the intentions and goals established in your initial consultation, while exploring your needs and inner landscape in greater depth. Each session builds on the last, allowing the therapeutic process to unfold with increasing clarity, momentum, and insight.

    You will receive practical skills, reflective exercises, and supportive tools to work with between sessions, helping you integrate change, strengthen coping strategies, and cultivate new habits and ways of being. Through gentle, insight-oriented discussion—woven with elements of conversational hypnosis and psychotherapy—you may experience moments of clarity, emotional release, shifts in perspective, or new motivation and self-understanding.

    The second half of each session involves a focused hypnotic process, where we engage the subconscious mind to support deep, meaningful, and lasting transformation. This is where new patterns can take root, old limitations release, and inner resources expand.

Formal hypnosis is included whenever appropriate, though some sessions may focus more on therapeutic conversation or subconscious-focused techniques, depending on professional assessment, time constraints and your individual needs. No matter the format, each session is designed to provide value, insight, and support for your healing and growth.
